Jeff is a veteran automotive industry leader with experience overseeing high-performance collision repair operations, OEM certification programs, and customer-centric service models. As General Manager at Pfaff Autoworks for over thirty years, he has shaped one of Canada’s most advanced, manufacturer-certified repair centres.

Jeff is known for combining operational discipline with a values-based approach built on transparency, OE-correct repair, and customer trust. He has been featured in trade publications advancing safe, correct, and customer-focused repair practices, restorations as well including leadership in EV repair readiness. Jeff has had a strategic influence in shaping Canadian collision repair standards.

Jeff has spent 36+ years in the Automotive retail business including time in sales, service and marketing. His working life began as a tool and die apprentice working on tooling and parts for automotive prototypes.

Immersed in the Automotive world growing up, surrounded by family businesses in automotive manufacturing and car dealerships. He spent his childhood working with his father restoring, buying, selling and showing collector cars from all eras. 

His automotive passion soon found him racing in the Spenard-David Racing School, Players GM Series, Firestone Firehawk Endurance Series, Michelin Enduro, American Lemans series, Porsche Cup and Porsche Supercup, most recently with championship wins in a Porsche 944 and Audi Ur Quattro.

Jeff has extensive experience and history restoring and managing projects with an array of European and American brands from turn of the century to modern exotics. Jeff has collected and restored his own cars including his ‘83 Audi Ur Quattro vintage race car and a 72 LT1 Corvette.

Awards & Distinctions:

Community & Charity: In 1991, Jeff started a charity event called Wheels-for-Wishes that provides a day at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park for children and families of the Make-A-Wish Foundation, enabling them to enjoy a day riding in race and exotic cars and being a part of providing life-changing experiences for children with critical illnesses. This event has raised more than $3M in 35+ years.
